Refund policy

Thank you for shopping The Twisted Lemon. We hope that you love your purchase, but just in case something doesn't fit just right, we will gladly grant store credit with receipt up to 10 days after purchase date.  Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant, perfume, detergent smell, and original tags still attached.  

No returns or exchanges for Sale items, jewelry, accessories, hats, bralettes.  There are final sales.  

No returns or exchanges for Custom orders (ie, school spirit shirts, custom made preorders)

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and return postage is your responsibility.
